c15 at 525 setting is still weak to me. help please

    Air pressure? If so I could rig up a regulator with a pressure gauge. I don't wont to damage the wastegate. What sort of pressure will open the thing?

    As I posted on other thread,

    check your wastgate for sticking cold, also check the pin for wear. I use a coolant pressure tester, put the line to the actuator, pump up the coolant pressure tester, I think the spec on the MBN is around 21 psi measured at .039 movement. Use a dial indicator. Open and close the wasegate and watch to see if it reutrns to 0 each time cold

    well I found my problem. guess I did not look good enough first time. rubber line cracked in the turn on back side. loosing pressure there. thanks for all the help on this issue. this is a great site.
