5 months driving here earning 88% of the load pay. I have always got the email rate confirmation forwarded from the broker's email, always paid and never felt cheated. My load planner Mitch has been doing a great job of keeping me in the higher pay freight lanes, and running me where I want to go. Never been thru bad weather, glad they care enough to keep me safe. I get as much hometime as I want. If im in a low freight area they preplan me with a load. If Im in an area with a lot of freight they wait, and pick the best couple loads and make the brokers raise rates and pick the highest paying load.
What I dont like about running with ATS Freeway is that they dont get much fuel discount like a mega carrier, but with the GasBuddy app I have found cash price diesel 30-40 cents cheaper than the TA. We use a Tchek card to buy fuel, and it automatically does the IFTA bs for us.
The one time the operations manager Steve was late by one day on my pay was when an older, long time driver here died. It really bothered him, and he just needed to take the rest of the day off. He called me that evening and said he was sorry, and payroll was going to be a day later than usual.
Overall, Im happy with these guys. Was talking to a guy at the truck stop that heard about the pay here and wanted to ask if it was true. Why didnt I update my post... for sure they do pay 88% of the load, and they do get me the detention time I deserve.
Just my experience here, so take it with a grain of salt.

SNIFF SNIFF I think I found a wannabe recruiter but since you asked my numbers do not relate because I gave up OTR when my average fell below 2.00 bucks a mile for a month now I do local flatbed work 800 to 1200 miles a week 2500 to 4400 and half my day is throwing and winding straps
bowhunter67 Thanks this. -

Their website is a mess and has zero information

kinda funny how he claims he gets really good rates because of his safety score. his scores look average to me?
Airborne Thanks this. -
Average at best. I had my fill of Russians etc in 2012 thru 2013. In fact I wrote a thread about my experiences in Florida right here on Truckers Report.
It ended weirdly and I can't say anything because TR has this in hand and I do not mean regarding me. Let us just say that those particular Russians are in some hot water. I wish I could say more but it is best if TR handles things not me. -
