From Company driver to L/P

Where did he end up at a hotel?

 

If I understand correctly he doesn't have to pay for anything. The maintenance account pays for it even if he don't have the money in it. Is this correct?

Ok orientation... Way to quick. Definitely not enough things gone over. Never even spoke to me about lease purchase anything. "Was told" God I hate even typing that ####....smh should have known.. since I didn't have speeding or anything on my PSP no governor on truck. Lie! Also told them I would stay out at least 2 or 3 months at a time. Think that might warrant some special consideration right? Nope. Didn't even get to pick my truck. Was told this is the one you get. Mid roof Columbia. Even though I said I needed a condo to be able to take my son and sister out. First dispatch? Bt to here and then come get here for load. Get there it's a #### liftgate... Can't haul what they want in that. Can't find an empty so they say sit till morning. I sit. Morning... hook to liftgate haul back to Walker yard and a load from there........ Trailer been sitting 3 months busted brake chamber so guess who sits? In a truck I didn't want losing money on BT and breakdown? Ok get a load out of GR supposed to be ready at 3 am, I get there tell the I have 2 #'s pickup and load. They ask for the wrong one. Guess who sits there till 1 pm? Leave there deliver in ATL still before time mind you with the snow and ice. Go to another shipper headed to Florida and they tell me we aren't accepting empties and you cannot pick up loads at this time.. Left there sat at a shutdown truck stop due to snow I guess... Then next day picked up shipment going north from same company diff plant?!??!?! Wtf!?!? Pick up load. Heavy as all hell! Then get here and dispatch done put me on a load I can't pick up with hos!??;?; I am gonna get a load back to walker and I'm done. They may have been good a few years ago but not now. I can go back to team driving and make more than this. I can't take liers, thieves, or child molesters. Oh and all that is after 3 breakdowns 2 diff trailers.

 

Can’t say I blame you. The revolving door in that office you don’t know who is doing what. I don’t even know who is in charge of the shop anymore. It’s their job to keep you moving. They can’t expect loyalty from treating drivers that way. I’ve said it for a year, hiring freeze for 2 months to figure out where you are at.
