still currently a driver, only a few loads under my belt.. but one thing I'm starting to notice is HORRIBLE logistics, no communication, don't know if it's my rookie mind thinking they're suppposed to communicate sit in a city for over 3 days waiting on dispatch, callled my DBL every couple of hours I was told they'd call me back in 15 minutes every time, no call back, getting kinda ridiculous.

BigHossVolvo, Need4Speed and OPUS 7 Thank this.

Schneider has the worst communication I've seen in 27yrs of trucking.
That said , call in and get your Dbl' s boss on the phone an get it worked out.
You shouldn't be sitting like that.

Lonesome and OPUS 7 Thank this.

Did that earlier and finally got a load, and now it has to be taken off because customer requires 1 yr experience..

Get out of lease with them. They will always move their truck before yours. Or are you a fan of negative paychecks. Drive company for a year or two.

I am a company driver. That's what's throwing me off.
