Millis chat room

For anyone that has gone through the school recently after Millis gave out raises, what is the training pay now is it still $72 a day? I'm going to Richfield on 1/15.

 

Nope. Trainees are now paid .42cpm for all paid miles the truck gets between student and trainer. Its very good $ now as a trainee.

 

Where do y'all mainly run? I'm thinking about coming over in March or April, I have plans for March already so not changing jobs. How much drop and hook? I live a hour south of Nashville. Also, how much is health insurance for driver and spouse only?

 

Anywhere east of the Mississippi. I dont know the actual percentage of drop n hook but definitely quite a bit. Maybe 70/30? I really dont know. Also cant help ya on insurance for myself its $50 per wk thats all I know

Their closest terminal to you is in Cartersville, Georgia; if you have a way to bring the truck home there in Tennessee, they nearly always have something going in or out of the industrial park in Lawrenceburg.
