Motor carrier management Information Systems Or MCMIS is the peripheral sub-agency within the FMCSA that is responsible for doling out points on our PSP.

    Get Your PSP Record

Your PSP record includes five years of crash and three years of roadside inspection data from the FMCSA Motor Carrier Management Information System (MCMIS) database.

    What you’ll need:
    • Your current driver’s license number
    • A credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express)
    • A valid email address
    • For your full history, each driver's license number you've held in the last five years
    • PDF viewer (click to download a free PDF viewer)

A PSP record costs $10. This fee includes a search on your current commercial driver’s license record, and/or any commercial driver's license you have held during the last five years. You need to provide the license number and license state for each license.

Your record request will take just a minute or two, and, you will be able to view your record on screen or as a PDF. If you would like to print your PSP record, please have a printer ready.

A receipt will be delivered to you instantly by email from no-reply@egov.com.

The fmcsa does not have a point system for drivers only for carriers. Drivers psp report has no point system. Order one and find out.

    Wrong.

Points are posted on YOUR inspections associated with the carrier. On the csa websight.

Violations are recorded, drivers are not awarded points or ranked by CSA. Drivers are not even looked at under CSA except during a carrier intervention then DSMS is invoked under CSA. The myth continues.

There’s not really any confusion. A lot of the members here just don’t know. They’re either screaming about DAC or racking up CSA points which I have pointed out time and time again that drivers do not accumulate CSA points. They’ll never get it. Some of these guys have years behind the wheel and still don’t get it.

    skierzek and dibstr Thank this.

Don’t even bother. I’ve tried to set snowy straight a couple of times. Some just can’t/won’t admit they’ve been misinformed.
