Blower Motor problem

Which relay are you talking about?

 

Check the Maxi blade breaker, on my 99 T 800 its a 30 amp and that is what was wrong with mine, probably too old to hold the amperage,put a new one in and it works fine, before the fan would stop working then start working.
On my W900 i had a fan issue and it was the harness going into the fan switch, it melted the switch so bad i had to replace the harness, switch and control box which melted where the end of the harness and where the switch mounts on the control box.

 

Yeah i noticed when i run the fan without the blades its fine and with the blades on the fuse gets hot. Not sure if that's normal.
