3EF0194F-B3F1-47C0-980B-35FC5448BC58.jpeg Here’s a little gem from Deguns.net for $179. Taurus 9mm subcompact, weighs 22 ounces, comes with two mags that holds 12+1 and it’s got a 3.2 inch barrel so it conceals easily. I am particular about my guns and I don’t like them getting scratched or nicked, but for $179, this gun isn’t going to hurt my feelings if it gets messed up.

Good plan; the dog can distract them with witchcraft while you sneak behind them with the baseball bat.

I got my eye on a little .45 at the local shop about yea that big but not so many rounds and a 3 inch barrel. Im accustomed to full sized colts and worry that little thing will not put rounds where they need to go. I plan to rent a similar at another range soon and give it a go.

After my eye surgery I rented every gun in that range case, a box of ammo for all and went through em against a man sized paper target at 5 yards. Some of the guns could not hit it. Others turned out to be deadly accurate with me. One was a old Remington Colt govt gun that has been abused for like 60+ years firing cheap ball ammo. That one ended up putting rounds where I want them to be and that is what I went with when I got the colt rail gun, with certain modifications such as Novak Nuclear sights, wide rear notch and narrow front post for example. I shot a chart, sent that with the slide to Parkersburg WVA and they installed the tritium sights to order and made sure that they are on the mark. And by golly they were. The #### thing shoots better than I do some days. (That's a thought...)

The very best gun for me was a old Thunder Ranch Revolver with a 4 inch barrel ahead of the cylinder that shot .45 acp. That gun was simply exquiste, like a fine woman. Never jammed, never failed, never do anything bad other than put rounds in the 10 ring at the far end of the range hall where I normally cannot get to with my regular gun. You would think I was cheating with it. But you could not conceal that thing worth a #### and I sold it.

To this day I really deeply regret selling that revolver. If there was a gun made for fighting, that one was it.

I went to that site and the gun has gone up a considerable amount. Not that I need another 9mm but it looks cute in your hand. So it's either really tiny or you have really big hands or maybe both.
