Guns??? Concealed carry?

There are only 2 ways to be legal everywhere regarding guns. 1) NEVER carry or, 2) be a current or ex-cop with a badge. There is your simple and clear answer and this topic is only asked once a month and discussed for 3 months. Wash, rinse, repeat. Guns can make certain situation better and certain situation worse. Unless you know the future with certainty you will have to bet one way or another.

 

Simply having a box of certain ammo, and no gun can get you in trouble in certain states.

False. every state recognizes justifiable use of a firearm, concealed carry or not.

If I was going to carry regardless of what others think I'm not sure posting a picture and announcing it on the internet is very wise.

 

More effective than a taser is like saying prettiest women on the Bulgarian weightlifting team.

 

Over 10 rounds is illegal in several states.

 

Is a derringer really carrying? Your ink pen is as dangerous as those.

 

Nobody has even brought up the fact that if there is ANY doubt as to whether or not you will be able to squeeze the trigger, you're better off NOT having the gun. Shooting a person isn't an easy thing for most people to do, and if you draw down on a criminal and they can see you don't have the will to end their life, they'll take that gun right out of your hand and end yours.

 

Robbers don't yell their intention from across the parking lot. They will be half an arms length away before you know it's a robbery.
