Guns??? Concealed carry?

If someone in a four-wheeler is screwing around with you, get on the phone to the cops ASAP. You want to be first.

Be very calm and polite, report the tag number of the offending vehicle if you can, then back out of it and take the next exit while you’re still on the phone with 911. Make sure the 911 operator knows you are calm and not using profanity, not calling them idiots and that you are not the aggressor. It will go a long way to help keep you out of jail and help to prevent “SWATing”.

 

TRUST ME, that is the very first thing I do, and have done it many times, in a very calm voice. In my buddies case, he had no clue what was going on, and had no contact with anyone in regards to road rage. That is what caught him by surprise. The cops told him he was messing with a minivan and old Ed was like WTF are you talking about? Off to jail he went.

This is nothing to mess with out here today, to many nuts in these four wheelers and semis. I have called on both and have no issue doing just that. Especially as I am carrying too, as jail is the last place I want to visit.

 

That's when I employ my second line of defense... the three cameras on my truck that record 8 hours of video each before looping. One out each side window and one out the front. There is no question as to what happened around my truck in the last eight hours.

 

I use my 22 for squirrels, 4 legged and crawling varmints. I don't doubt that I COULD kill someone with it but I don't try for a head shot in a self defense situation. I'm looking for body mass for major blood loss to kill.

 

True plus that's how I was taught when I was younger which was reinforced by my Colonel neighbor/ big brother.

 

Actually, not. Criminals KNOW the law...they just don't care about it until it benefits them. You pull out your gun and DON'T shoot them, the first thing they are doing as soon as they get out of sight is call in your description (and that of the gun) as a "crazy person waiving a gun around". Now it becomes a " he said/she said" with you at a severe disadvantage because THEY were the ones that filed the initial report, and ALL of the evidence supports their claim (you are found in possession of a gun just as they described...only way for them to know the gun is if they saw it, which means you had it out).

Nope. I've already made the shoot/don't shoot decision before I make it known I have it. By the time they see the gun, their ears will be ringing.

 

Central mass is the easiest target. Head shots are hard. I know, I play pubg

 

1 shot 1 kill, in the head and he won't squel!!!
