Where is everyone #5

We got it figured out, I'm not upset, just took longer than expected.

As often as I stop there to buy stuff and get washed I'm waiting to run into one of you two knuckleheads.....hell I'll even let you buy me dinner next door!

 

I'll be blasting by there about 5 am.

 

I'll be in the hoosierdaddy by then.

 

As soon as I saw the picture I knew where you were, I'm in there fairly regular myself.

 

Finished installing most of the trim today. Still needs to be caulked and painted though. The trim around the cabinets already match obviously.

Back to work in the morning. Deliver in Joliet IL. Then I guess we will see what the week brings?

 

Looks good. We got 90% of the painting done yesterday. I'm hoping to start laying tile this week. Still waiting on windows that were supposed to be here the 4th.
My wife has a load of pictures on her google cloud that I'm trying to get her to put on photo bucket or something similar so I can share them.

 

You right about that!! They are great though, especially when you sugar them up and take them home to mom and dad. Hehe

 

@Tug Toy and @1951 ford....You guys do good work! I've never been good with household upgrades outside of ceiling fans/outlets, etc. Wood just mystifies me in that it isn't truly square and I have never accumulated proper power tools.....thats my excuse anyway! LOL

 

Yep but them new ones is a whole different story..... Grandma likes to snuggle them...

 

Thank You!! I come from a family of very talented woodworkers. My Grandpa and his brothers, between the 6 of them, built everything from furniture and cabinets to garages and houses. My dad and brother are also both talented, and my son is well on his way. I just chose steel as my material. Besides that, if you cut your board too short, you have to go back to the lumber yard and get another one. If I cut my steel too short, I weld it back together and start over.
We've paid to have some of our work done. I hired a plumber for the new sewer lines and paid a guy to finish the sheet rock. The sewer line was outside of my skill set and the drywall came down to the "Ability vs Desire" argument. I have the ability, just not the desire to finish drywall.
