Anyone Work For Millis?

I was wondering, is your hubby a trainer? Kevin? If so ,I'm his new student as of 12-01-08!My trainer lives NYS and drives 08 Cascadia! Hummmmmmmmm!!!!!

 

Training is a min. 5 wks max. 8 wks. A week is 7 working days. If you are stuck with out a load and or don't do more that 4 hrs work in one day. It is not considered a work day.

 

Just want to clear up this post. This person, after being booted out of Millis. Then went on to Roehl, and was also booted. I would have to guess. The problem lies with the person, not the Companys.

 

WAIT ONE MINUTE!!! I wouild like to respond to what you are saying about my husband, he was NOT booted from either place. He was not given the whole training time with Millis, the trainer took off, so he was not given the 5-8 weeks as stated in their training guide. Some trainers are just plain bad, read some of the other posts, maybe his trainer said something to Mike Millis, he doesn't know and doesn't care anymore. They wanted him to run over hours and lie, sorry but he will not lose his license if a company wants him to do that. The only reason he did not get on with Roehl is they at the time, were not hiring in our area, I want to clear that up. He got his license from them and moved on. He have been driving since, so don't say it was him sometimes it is with the companies, not hiring in area or what the trainers tell the company. You don't know the whole story so move on and critize someone else, this is in the past.

I have a buddy that went through Millis's CDL training. He's been there 9 mos and says nothing bad. They kkep him very busy. All his loads are East of the MIssissippi. He told me they pull a lot of beer. Thats all I can tell ya!!

 

I just sent them an e-mail asking for imformation. Everybody has a gripe, nice to hear something positive now and then. Keep us posted guys

Was just told December class was cancelled. Now scheduled for Jan. 5th.

 

does anyone know if millis runs much into sc nc dont see them much on this side of 85 thanks in advance going to class in march what happen to december class?
