New contract renewal

I've never been threatened with contract termination.
I have have a couple try that , " its in your contract" bs though.
I stop them in mid sentence " no actually it doesn't , your trying to equate item 17 with this senerio and your wrong and don't know what ' your' talking about.

Once they realize you actually know and understand your contract a lot of the bs stops. Especially when you take the time to file a complaint with their boss.
Schneider has really turned into pond scum.
Which is unfortunate because there is a lot of really nice people working there.

But for know it's the ol devil I know deal for me until I can find a place that works better for me.

Yeah. I worded that wrong. Sometimes I just blurt out the first thing that comes to mind when I see something so outrageous. My apologies to @Alphadog. Put your foot down man. Even if it means you will lose a string of loads. That's just nonsense. They will walk all over you if you let them. Don't let them. The key is keeping a good working relationship with them at the same time. It's a tightrope, and it's all I got. Lol

 

looks like alfadog is a one hit wonder alfatroll......look, to anyone from the outside, this is complete BS. I'm not going to say that Schneider is all that and a bag of chips, but 438 miles OOR would not happen. And, again, you can always say no.
