Been reading some of the earlier post's and was wondering if you have looked at getting the power harnesse's from Platinum?
c15 at 525 setting is still weak to me. help please

It did it AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
That freaking yellow POS split the wastegate hose under the turbo, and went into that F****** derate mode. 21 pounds of boost now, and no power. Apparently the hose I was sold could not take the heat, as it had hardened, then split, the same as the one that was installed when I bought the darn truck.
What I thought was a plugged fuelfilter the other day turned out to be the doings of that crappy MBN ecm.
DDS, 550, anybody, I will have to bring it somewhere in order to reset back to "normal", while it is hooked up, can this program be disabled for now, and just what is this evil program called? -
Yes,if you get the right person to clear the code,they can also flash it to a 6NZ for you,but do not go to Cat and ask them to do this,because they will laugh you out of town.They will,however,clear the code and put on a new hose for you.

dang that sucks droy. kennels did you really like the 6nz program. I am thinkin about the 7cz as dds suggests.. and a power harness. I just barely outran and #### 350 mack yesterday..that is unacceptable. no offense mack guys I got one too. mine is still derating too I can feel it.

I think you will be more than happy. Right now we have 3 Petes all with bridge motors. The one I run was always the slowest and would not pull like the other two due to derating. When I put the straights on, it got even worse. Since the 6NZ flash I walk around the other trucks now and can flat out leave them, also my boost issues are gone and everything runs cooler.
I tried doing the 7CZ but the person who did mine said he couldn't do it. That is why I went with the 6NZ. Something else to keep in mind, I was told I would not be able to pass an emissions test after the flash.walton379 Thanks this. -
yeah I heard that too. I shouldn't have problems with that here in mississippi. which trim codes did you use kennels? now that ive driven mine loaded i think mine is worse too.. It spools faster and i can really feel it drop down in power. especially in 9th and 10th. I got a fro???10c transmission 3.55 rears 22.5 low pro.

Thanks for the help, trying to run this MBN ecm for a little while before I can switch to the 6nz ($$$ issues right at the moment). This sucks!
Is that "de-rate to 75% of the rated hp" program an option, or do all bridge engines have it? I honestly thought it had been disabled whenever I got an uprate to 1850. This sucks!
My egt is elevated 50+ degrees while crusing, as much as 200 degrees going through the gears, this really sucks!
Parts man at Cat cannot find a number for that crappy little hose, however he said if I buy the whole turbo, a hose will come with it. This really, REALLY sucks!
Parts man at the International truck store said the same thing, the only hose he shows is in a kit. $3000.00+ for the hose, and they'll throw in a turbo.
Did I mention that this SUCKS!!?????
