Job is great. Enjoy the work. "Driver Manager" Tony F out of the dodgeville office is a real dick. 32 cents to start 2 cent raise after 60 days then you have to beg to get anything more. Load and unload pay is $14. It adds up having 4 compartment trailers. Average 2700 miles a week.

 

They're quoting $74k/yr. You start at 34cpm with experience. $14 to load/unload, $12.50 for 1 hr for paperwork and on ELD. I just don't see the math. They also figure the benefits in. Supposedly $9k/yr.
74k minus 9k equals a butt-load of miles at 34 cpm to reach 63k. Plus you cannot cook your book with an ELD.

 

.34 a mile. Tell them to take a hike, what an insult.

 

I just saw a job posting that their current pay is 100k.
