It was great a few years ago but once you get a terrible manager, it is over. Now I am trapped in the same job for god knows how long because I am not the kiss ### type that goes to concerts with my boss and am not in everyone’s business to feed it back to her.

Black Horse runs Aldi out of Brunswick. Pay is so so, but they get home daily. Not sure if they take greenhorns but might be worth a shot.

Have you seen there yard, they have such junk there well actually they are starting to update the equipment now, but after a decade and a half of not updating the fleets and being bought out by YRC and YRC almost circling the drain pffft and then being bought and sold and bought and sold and bought and sold off, and then being owned by a company that was about 2 seconds away from going belly up it's amazing they made it this far. Holland was one of the few money makers for YRC, but mercy me oh my do they run some junk I think there trying to get some new tractors and trailers in there, because those Sterlings in general were junk. Great Lakes had a couple Sterlings awful trucks.

GFS made the mistake of buying Sterlings in the early 2000s between the time Ford stopped making heavy trucks and Volvo wanted to much money for there trucks. The Sterlings GFS had were all garbage and everyone hated them, even GFS admitted they were never going to buy Sterlings again.

They have good doctors, but the business and bureaucracy side of them is for the birds that's for sure.

Being home daily for me is more important than pay to be honest. I love my spouse and dog more than money, although money is nice too!

    #### straight. Money is number one to them and their employees are last. Unless you are a doctor, then you are untouchable.

See the beer companies like House of LaRose they are a union company pay is a tad low, work is beer work which kind of sucks, but there union rules state all the trucks have to be in by 6pm.

Superior is non-union and well sometimes at Superior you stay out a little late. I know because I've been there and done that. Delivering to the 25th street gas station at 7:00pm in the middle of winter before Christmas, fun times.

Some of the LTL companies if you do a pedal route your going to be out for a little while to because it's get all the freight off and then start picking up freight and then once you do pick ups if you still have room you maybe told to sit tight where ever you are and wait and see if dispatch has more pick ups for you to make.

I'm throwing it out there. Once the glamour wears off, you'll be wanting fair compensation for all the hours you're putting in...

When I was in high school they said you kids all need to go into health care, well that was never anything I had any interest in and was never going to happen, some of these places are often over ratted.
