Ran into an issue of the truck not starting. Turn key on and no lights showing on shifter pad at all. Truck won't turn over
    Any ideas?
    Thanks.

I had a different issue on my 06 780 but a good place to start until more experienced chime in.
On the battery is a few 3 or 4 power supply wires connected to positive side of the battery.
Those go bad and a new connector spliced in. Pretty easy to check and do

if you have no power to shift pad than no power to trans check all the connections on top of the batteries and all fuses on top probably burnt fuse or broke connection on top of batteries

    Rob100100 and CruisingAlong Thank this.

@nasriza is the one who diagnosed mine as those same connectors and kept me rolling. He is very knowledgeable and a big asset to us volvo owners.

Your fuses for the Eaton autoshift may actually be under the hood, in the harness against your firwall, beneath the air governor.
Check your shifter harness that runs around your seat and through your floor mat.
Also check the transmission harness. I have seen a few similar issues caused by damaged terminals in the two plugs under the cab. These two plugs are located, drivers side, under the cab, above your batteries towards cab signal marker.
