Things happen. Got to mind our business. But who knows? What driver says happened, and what really happened, could be a different story.? That's why driver facing cameras sound great to some companies.

An accident happens when two people dont pay attention. So yes the truck driver was more inclined to his tea, yet what of the first person he hit?

The wife keeps telling me of the aggravation she has with locals cutting her off and nearly totaling the vehicle she is driving. I can only remind her, if you were not paying attentin then you would have been in a wreck. Instead, she saw what was happening and avoided it.

    Lepton1 and Blackshack46 Thank this.

Im going to call bs on the tea. Not because i doubt it happened like the way its reported, I doubt the semi driver was accurately telling the truth. Why you ask? Because im a human too, and ive done some stupid #### in life that if i told the truth, it'd be a different story.

Now, not knowing jack #### about the accident or leading up to it, i believe there are underlying circumstances that led to 9 motor vehicles al making contact with one another. And for me... it starts at the truck driver.

Most accidents are human error, and most can be avoided.

After seeing this all I can think of now is Kermit the Frog sipping some Lipton saying”Why can’t everything be more tea?”

Did anyone else notice on the flipped truck, rather than just drive off the road, he decided to maintain a rate of turn he couldn't maintain and overturned the truck?

There was nothing of significance on the edge of the road. No ditch, not a mountain drop off, nothing. Just drive off the road and need a quick tow to get back on. But to total the truck.....

    Lepton1 Thanks this.

They serve pretty good tea in the hospital. Even have a nurse put it into the teabag or IV line for you.

What I usually do is raid the charge nurses office for coffee. I clear her out by asking for pain meds pulling my IV stand and out she goes, I drain her pot and shuffle back. He he he.

This is not about my wildman days in a hospital.

On topic, life cannot be replaced. Property can. Maybe. That split second is a doozy.

Used to love my Welch red 78 caddy deville. You wouldn't believe how many people had second thoughts about pulling stunts with her.

Apparently some people can't look much past the end of their hood.
