im having problem obtaining insurance, im 49 been driving for over 5 yrs long haul very clean cvor (no tickets/accidents), did all required paper work, broker came back and wanted reference letters from previous employers (understandable), submitted the ones i could get (missing one, they where very upset i left and wouldnt give one), Broker came back said she needs insurance names and policy numbers from previous employers (WTF), now i have two that dont want to give info ?????????
My problem is that if this a requirement there must be a legal recourse for me to get this info from them.
CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP OR STEER IN RIGHT DIRECTION

Not a legal requirement. No legal recourse. Your broker is lazy.
