c15 at 525 setting is still weak to me. help please

Go to a performance shop and pick up a silicone line. If not get a stainless braided hose and slip it on.

 

All bridge engines have the dreaded derate,unfortunately. The part number for the silicone hose is 223-9800.

 

6999 and I also added the fuel temp wire.

DeagonKennels, is the person who flashed yours in your area? Does he do "outside" trucks? Is this a "drive up", hook up, then leave, or would i need to send the ecm to him?

I know DDS can re-flash, the only problem is the down time; sending my ecm from Lousy-ana to Canada getting it flashed, then getting it back would be more of a shut-down than I would care for. I'm thinking about two weeks, but with my luck, who knows.

 

I have a 1LW 475 3406e with 5232 in it, failed emissions test at 37 count. Turn the injectors to 1100, passed with a 7. The higher 7cz will pass emmisions here so far, its the other stuff added that has caused them to fail.

 

Droy...If you can PM me have a mod PM me your email I will tell you how I did it. I don't want to get anyone in trouble. BTW I was down about 5 days.

That 1LW 3406 with 5232 in it, then turned to 1100, can you explain that please? Was planning on setting my 1LW to 5232, or 6999, not that I get emission tested, but curious. Thanks

 

1100 is just a default injector code, You lose the fuel gained by installing 5232 and 6999
