They have a new building, easier to access, nicer docks, more room. But slower than ever, ruder than ever, haven't improved in the slightest. Have now been there 4 times since they moved in late June. All 4 times have been with 40' containers with 20 pallets of Coconut Water. Shortest time was 1hr 40 minutes, longest was 5.5 hrs. Even with a 3 am appt. (their earliest) they don't have docks available yet, aren't done loading their trucks. Why they didn't design this place for cross dock capabilities is beyond me. First time, had a 4 am appt., arrived 3:50 am, didn't get in a dock till 6 am, finished unloading about 7:30, no paperwork till after 8 am. Last time, had a 3 am appt., got in a dock immediately, didn't start unloading till 4:30 am, I told them I had to be out of there by 5:15 am. Finally unloaded, paperwork done at 7 am. Co-worker had a 5 am appt., didn't get a dock till 6:30 am, finished unloading about 8 am, didn't get his paperwork finished and him out the gate till 10 am. If you get there on the wrong day, they have one hostler driver who apparently was appointed to the position by god himself, and lets you know it. He WILL tell you where to park to stage, and if you don't like what he tells you, then you can leave, his words directly not mine.

With the wait times you have explained and this moron that I've just quoted I'd be more than happy to leave. And when they called asking where their freight was and why it had not been delivered, and why it will not be delivered until I'm shown some respect or compensated fairly for my time that they have wasted thanks to their cluster #### system, not to mention putting me behind and costing my company money.

Old thread I know. Does anyone know though if they have overnight parking?

No not really but nobody will tell youbto leave until after 9am. The warehouse accross the street is empty of tenants.

Sounds like Sabuto dairy in Sulfur Springs, TX ....... TERRIBLE PLACE
Nocount207 Thanks this. -
When it comes to dairies, I can't brag on too many. Best in my book is Milkco in Asheville, NC.
Saputo in Fraser, NY, another "terrible place".
