Crengland has one of the worst reputations in the industry but if the person has already committed to them stick it out.Especially starter companies you quit before your contract is up or before you gain the experience all you're going to be met with is more weeds at your next company.Doesn't make since to keep quitting to find that perfect company. My first company was Werner was there 3 years I started hating Werner after my first year but I was still new and I wouldn't find any better company so I stuck it out to get the exp.
The grass isn't always greener!

Look we appreciate your posting of your experiences for new drivers. Everyone has an opinion. Some just don't agree with the idea of sticking it out with one of the most notoriously bad companies of the industry.
I believe I can however show any new driver with 6 months experience and a clean record the grass is greener. Even a driver who still owes school debt to a mega can find better employment, pay off the debt, and make more money in the first 12 months of leaving. The Grass may not be greener but may also not be the crab grass some are standing in.
I commend you for sticking with your resolve and commitment. It's a fine quality. Good luck to you.FalconsFan21, Trucker61016, Dan.S and 4 others Thank this. -

We are thinking of going to Cr england
My lady friend has her permit and they will allow me to train her.
Figure we could stick around there still she gets 6 months to a year exp ( depending on how it goes)
Then start looking for something better , any opinions or suggestions
