Older trucks are gonna be under the microscope. I really don't think they will be exempt long for sure. I didn't buy older to avoid anything they are what we have always ran. If mobs of pre 2000 trucks get a new registration in the coming year you can bet something will be done

 

Oh, I know that. I'm just surprised that I'm not hearing much about it today, especially in light of the holidays. I'd have thought it'd have come up in negotiations more.

 

Carriers suckle on to brokers....So Its not going to be brought up in conversation by most- They just want your freight.........Especially the wet behind the ear 1 truck ponies

They are Timid because you may say something like "Is your carrier using E-logs now?" and if they respond "no".They are scared you wont give them the freight.
