Older trucks are gonna be under the microscope. I really don't think they will be exempt long for sure. I didn't buy older to avoid anything they are what we have always ran. If mobs of pre 2000 trucks get a new registration in the coming year you can bet something will be done

Carriers suckle on to brokers....So Its not going to be brought up in conversation by most- They just want your freight.........Especially the wet behind the ear 1 truck ponies
They are Timid because you may say something like "Is your carrier using E-logs now?" and if they respond "no".They are scared you wont give them the freight.
