I'm about to do the freight broker training course. Been looking at Scott Wood Transportation Training Group and Dennis Brown from Freight broker bootcamp someone has taken the course with any of them, or any good recommendation.

My recommendation is as follows: don't waste your money. Find a brokerage. Go to work for them. Learn the industry on someone else's dime. Don't self-identify as a mark, because that is all these freight broker schools do.Rocks, waynelewis1954, Coachman1 and 1 other person Thank this.

Seriously this is such a bad idea that I'm probably going to do a podcast about exactly why. These places are scams full stop.
Coachman1 Thanks this. -
That would be an interesting subject, do you plan on doing it soon?Coachman1 Thanks this.

I'm trying to have the first 4-5 done before I roll it out. It's coming pretty slowly lately because I've actually been really busy.
One thing I've discovered is that content creation, unlike forum posting, isn't an activity that fits well into the gaps in my workday. What I'm doing is getting done early in the AM pretty much. -
I’d say freight brokerage is a dying industry. And those schools are garbage. Like the guy said above go work for one and learn industry.
I’m a broker myself and am starting my own asset company. I do plan on adding brokerage For few customers I have who do 150 loads a day tho. -
please do

Ok you have any credible source that freight brokerage is a dying industry and what is the reason you think that this fright broker training school are garbage specially for some one who has no experience in this field I found info that last year C.H.Robinson freight invoice 11-billion dollars,TQL & XPO Logistic both where close to 2 billion dollars with their freight invoices to me this does not look like a dying industry. Can you please explain in detail thank you.Rocks Thanks this.
