Give my suggestion above a try. I've fixed a many of them by wrapping the excess speaker wire around the external speaker. But is probably the hack job tune. Probably why he sold it.

How about posting a video so we can actually see and hear it? I love it when someone posts a real general complaint like this lol

That's my point, it is like they are talking a different language and those who can point out what to do in a few seconds are sometimes left in the dark with the description of the problem.

    That's why I posted what i posted.

    When I read this -

Truck won't start, could it be the tires?

    Or some crap like that.

3' can still be too close. Try turning the speaker so it points away a lil at a time.

If it warbles like a sick bird then it could be caused by an antenna/coax problem.

turn your mic gain all the way down and then key the mike up and turn your mic gain back up gradually until it starts sqwealing and then turn it down a little from there. If that don't fix it someone prolly cut the limiter out of it trying to get it to do as much as it can. Hope this helps Don

As cold as it's gotten, if you haven't changed over to winter air in those tires, that could be the problem!o_O
