I’ve seen that quite a few times.

Since the “person” in question said 9:00 I think I would’ve waited until then to start hellraising.

At the least I'd call the broker to confirm appt. time before turning it into a fiasco. OP says he got the broker involved after going back in.

This is unreal. You called the police because a receiver called you a Mfer. Luckily for you its Christmas time, hopefully either Santa Claus or Mommy got you a pair of Big Boy Pants, the real real BIG ones. Your going to need them in this industry. My only hope is that when the Police showed up they brought you some tissue, gave you a hug, pat on the back and told you "its going to be ok Johnny" This industry is filled with to many little kiddies. SMH.

You miss the point, it may work in Wv but not anywhere else, you make it sound like you pay 65.00 to the courthouse and the shippers are running over to pay you, we both know that's far from reality.

You’re kidding right? The guy called the police because he got his feelings hurt. He potentially took away the police from possibly serious situations for this stupid crap. It’s the equivalent of the little old lady that calls the fire department because her cat is stuck in a tree.

Call your boss, call your dispatch- heck call your wife! But don’t call the police because some potty mouth receiver hurt your feelings.
I guarantee those cops left laughing thinking only a little baby would do something like that.

I'm pretty sure you can file a warrant in debt in all 50 states. A BOL holds up in court. I know from reality it works and its not that far. And by the way if someone does owe you money they really do come running over to settle it most of the time.

Well I wouldn't have called the police but...
He delivered something that was ordered. He was there before the appointment. When he questioned by the second time if he could get unloaded and the receiver throws a fit.
    Who's side are you on?

    cybill234 and DoubleO7 Thank this.
