I just slept nicely for 4 hours while being unloaded (common in reefer world). How and why does it count against my HOS???I have 2 more stops ffs!!!
Oh and once I finish my 14 h I will be well rested but will have to sit for 10 h.And no I won't sleep,I just did. This is ####ing insane!!!

You better learn to plan right now,

stay awake and treat your unloading and loading time as your workday, then after your 14 hours of loading and unloading treat that 10 hours off as your break,

Obviously driving a truck is not for you, you need to learn and learn quick.
On your break park next to a Swift or Werner driver and ask for help with trip planning.

    900 miles
I do but it's peanuts compared to driving. Who is going to load me at 9 PM when I finish my 10 h "rest"? And even if I get loaded how am I supposed to drive at night if I didn't sleep all day?I am not working for $900 a week.#### it!

    I tried.
Go buy an old truck and run paper logs.
Spend 14 hours unloading your 3 stops and create a log page showing you were actually taking a 10 hour break instead.
Now you can drive 11 plus hours to your next 3 stops and you can tell us how relaxed you were and how you could drive slower as you didn’t have a box forcing you to do anything.

No they didn't. You prevented it. You decided that unsafely keeping the schedule was more important than getting some rest and rescheduling.

We are talking about the Government, they make laws, then make 10 more laws to fix the one they screwed up in the first place.
