Hi,
Just curious to know if anyone has any experience with Western Express and their DAC report.
I know all the B.S already mentioned about x.
My question is if I decided to go this route and after x about of time or weeks I decided I did not want to continue with them. Can I leave without worrying much about my DAC?
Also is there any sort of contract that's signed even if I came in with my A already?
Thanks in advance.

Friend, i don't mean to sound like an A Hole, but why plan for failure? Its counterproductive and a huuuuuuuge waste of time.
You can do better than this. -
Left after 5 months hated it. Terminal manager in Bethlehem told me to call my driver manager when I wanted to come back. Must be they liked me. But needless to say I have not gone back. Only worry about DAC if you plan on not doing your job or tearing up your truck.

Lol I understand... I've been doing allot of Research...
-
Oh okay cool, so I shouldn't have to worry about being committed to anything? As long as I do my part and communicate.. without abandoning..?
-
Ya I didn’t leave any notice either, I sent them a message “cancel my load I’m bringing the truck to the terminal”. Also never quit under a load.
Jeffrey_L Thanks this. -
OK, @TripleSix is right. Why in the Blue Hell are you planning your departure before you've even took the job? Here's a novel idea for you to mull over...
Find a decent company you can see yourself staying with. Just for the record, Western Express ain't on that list. -
Planning to pick the crappiest company around, get your CDL and quit on the slightest provocation. Common scheme.BigBob410, tscottme and Broke Down 69 Thank this.

I already hold a Class A. Due to my criminal background and age of my license I'm limited to companies that will pick me up, wthout any miles on my belt.
Unless anyone has any information or knows of anyone in Buffalo NY that I might have a chance at getting in the door? -
Man, get out and knock on some doors. Sell yourself. If you have to settle for a second chance company, go in with an attitude of perseverance, not one of planned escape. Recruiters/HR types can smell that a mile away, especially at the bottom feeders, and they'll hose you good.
@Chinatown
Help this guy out.
