They get very little money on warranty work. The manufacturer does not pay that 129 dollar an hour listed price. Nor do they pay the jacked up parts price, shop supplies and environmental fees.

The 379 hasn't been available for over 10 years. If it's a 2018 that looks vaguely similar to a 379 then its a 389 model.thaistick Thanks this.

Yeah it's a 2018 389 with a Performance Series X15, one of Peterbilt Steve's trucks.... Can't imagine what he paid for it.

Here's your IHC glider brochure for 1984. Bought one back then and built it myself,it was sold through the parts department. Dealer could build it for you also. Gliders back then were built mostly for salvaging wrecks or getting into a new truck without paying fet. There's an identifier in the vin# that will always indicate it's a glider.
