Respect for the individual? Bullspit that is out the window. Even though you have PTO approved, signed off on by management, it isn't really approved. Since NYD is now a working holiday I am told forget about the PTO we approved, and your plans, with your family, kids and such. WM is more important.

I even showed them screenshot of approved PTO from GTA Portal. Nope sorry I must now tell the old lady, and my kids the Evil empire is more important than you!

Might want to consider this if you are applying. Also what good are the 30 something days of PTO if you can't use them.

I noticed too you could never use your pto days other than what you put in for during vacation bids in the spring. But I’m sure there’s a couple in Buckeye who’ll come on here and say they get all the time off in the world. #RecruitingLies

 

Actually, nice that you asked. The hubby has never had a day off request denied. I guess he is just lucky. LOL

That said, Coover, I am sorry that happened to you. That was very wrong. My thoughts are with you and your family. We all plan for the time off, and being family of truck drivers, it is cherished time. That should never be handled so flippantly.

 

They just don't like you. If you had known about this previously, why would you have saved it till now to piss n moan about it?
