That was two minutes I’ll never get back.

Next time someone posts a 20-something video, please make it one that is watchable.

I’m not disputing the very little I heard, but the presentation was unbearable.

I know it was enough info to keep my ##* away. I liked the presentation myself. Pretty clear cut and honest.

Some of what he said made sense. Won't go too far into all the conspiracies, but not for one second do I believe that everyone sees the same thing when they view the loadboard.

only reason I say that, and I think I posted about it here or somewhere in the past, is that I sit in Laredo and looked at the loadboard side by side with another driver. He was looking for a load to Florida, and I already had my load, so I searched just out of curiosity. He had no loads showing available, and I had one going right to where he wanted to go, and paying decent (for Schneider). We made sure all the search criteria was the same, searched again, I still showed the load, and he didn't.

Dude was so pissed, I'm pretty sure he probably only hauled a couple more loads after that.

I have done the same with 3 other drivers and we all came up with the same loads. Another driver was in a different region, and we came up with the same loads. I cannot see ca loads, because my truck is an older truck. I have not caught SNI red handed, but I do think they control the board. Kind of steer drivers in a certain direction.

Schneider controls 100% of any and everything their drivers do regardless of job classification.

They always have been and always will be about controlling the drivers.

Schneider National.. But I thought the pilot program was the Bomb. Schneider is a big ol honest company. They never lie they’re a good company with a good program surely this situation was unique to that moment.
