Isn't this typical of most Pilots? When was the last time you were at a Pilot that didn't look like the developers took a look at a piece of land and said, "Hey, this would be a good place to cram a major truckstop into"?
The problem with most of the pilots, is that they will not push for stop lights for the access. It can cost about 200,000 to have one installed, and they will not even try.
