If you want it, there is always a way. I remembered seeing this video a while back. Title of the video isn't real PC, but that's someone who wanted something and went for it. I saw a flatbedder once who was a paraplegic. Had a chair lift to get into and out of his rig, rolled around it checking his securement at a rest area beside me once. Determination is all anything takes.

 

I’m really short! I can reach the pedals just fine on my 2015 prostar.. I have to pull the steering wheel all the way down; then pull the seat all the way forward... but at 5’3... I have had no problems in my Freightliner Classic, Peterbilt, or International.. you can do it
