Also curious about this. I’ve been bouncing a lot of companies around and Roehl is on the top of my list now.

I did well with them in 2002 and 2003. Don't complain. Do your job. Plan your hours. Have your route writtend with a sharpie on a legal pad pinned to the dash with routing/fueling info. Always know where you will be 5 hours from now. Drive 6 hours before you take your first break of the day. Know if you can meet your ETA , if not, let your Fleet Manager know ASAP, a day ahead of time if possible. Plan your restroom stops. Plan where you will be sleeping. Keep the left door shut and the right foot on the floor. Always be and drive safely no matter what. You will be driving both days and nights and often into the sunrise .Be a low maintenance Driver. I received 90 percent drop and hooks, running from home in KC, to Minn or Wisc, down to the deep southeast, over to Texas, then back to the KC yard. I really don't remember any of the tough times there, only the good experiences. Best of luck to you.

Great post. That advice will work pretty much with any company. Too many drivers don't get it and are their own worst enemy.
