Does anyone here take home over $150k as a net income?

Your numbers are wack ...

When you talk about what people make you shouldn't use the term net.
A better way to ask it would be how much are you drawing from the business, because of different tax rates in different jurisdictions.
I'll be the first to tell you and anyone else on here I do it all on my own and I draw exactly 75k every year. If my company makes more it pays business tax on that. This is approximately 10-15k more than a company driver in the same position in my area makes. The difference? I do it all on my terms and I work less than the average company driver. For where I live I just have to keep it steady and retirement money will be no issue. I also work when I want, drive the equipment I enjoy, have customers I get along very well with, and run the areas I enjoy to run. For me at this point in my life, my career could not be better. And I am just a stupid grocery hauler. I have little to no interest in any other segments of the industry.Natural Thanks this. -
How so?

You want business consulting ... That'll cost you. $2000 retainer, $175 an hour.

So you think working longer hours is the smart way to make more money? Wouldn't working for more money be smarter? OTR truck drivers work the equivalent of 2 full time jobs, and you think they should be able to work more, if you can't make it at 70 hours 2 more is going to do nothing for you.

This has got to be the greatest troll thread I have ever read!
No one could possibly be this stupid and still breath without written instructions. I take that back, there are L/P all over here..
Disregard driver, go make millions at $2/mi.SL3406 Thanks this. -
Agree with this.
I was just a company driver at the time. But was on my way to becoming an O/O.
I was in a 2008 386 475 C15 and limped the truck in because it would not regen. 10 days I sat laid up in a cheap Ms hotel room before I got the truck back.
Paper work showed that all they did was removed and cleaned the DPF. Replaced a sensor and reflashed the ECM. 10 days?
And tit was a constant thing with that truck. Every other month it was in there for regen issues. ARD head, sensors, DPF cleaning/replacement, ECM reflashing.
Screw that mess. I'll stick with pre-emissions trucks,. thank you.

Not sure how picking up another shipment would be stupid, but okay. Sorry you didn't think about that one until I brought it up lol.
