The contract is for a reason.
I and many others done the same deal when We started.
Drive for for them for a year then your all good.
Anything short of that and your gonna get a bill from
Them or a collection agency looking for the full amount
Of the school. That's just the way it is.
That's not a bad thing, it's what they all do.

They're gonna tell you whatever it takes to get you there.
Then you get the real truth.

As long as they treat me right I'll drive anywhere I don't mind staying somewhere. Eventually I was wanting to purchase a truck of my own since I ran my own hot shot for 6 years. As bad as it sounds I prefer looking and booking my own loads and routing myself out. My average per mile monthly is always better that way than having someone else book you like the broker that I use when I first started out as an owner operator in the little truck and I got more home time.

If it sounds, looks, and smells, like Camp Crusty. It is Camp Crusty.

They bought out Frontier which I think used to be all owner ops. Not sure what the name of the third company was.
Their trucks seem decent. I know they’ll do about 68mph because my onguard radar has shows that speed when they’d pass me.

Most of the best paying jobs I had where in older
Equipment. As long as it can pass inspection and is
    Dependable nothing else matters

    Gonzo1300 and truckguy391 Thank this.

Just go down to the yard and have a look around and see what condition there equipment is in even the yard itself will tell you alot is it neat and tidy or does it look like the local trash dump? Do the staff look well groomed or do they look like they've come out of a homeless shelter? training pay for the induction sounds ok however your training pay on the road sounds like your getting under paid at $100 per day although depending on how much driving your doing of course if your trainer is doing all the driving then it'd be ok however if your doing a 1/3 or 1/2 you defiantly getting robbed.

They said there route run between 2200 and 2500 a month. Said if you want more just ask for it and they'll put it on you. I never ran a regional deal so I don't know how it will work out in my head but honestly but get the license and get to where I want to be inside of a year-and-a-half it's okay with me
