I was a member of Local 513 (St. Louis) and always laughed that the needle pointed to 420 on their logo.

Made some progress patching the corrosion in my reefer, should be finished up Monday.
Have 8 new tires ready to put on, then I need to get the wheels and fuel tank polished and do a tune up on the unit and I'll be ready to ride.

Yes sir it was the lift pump. The check valve in the piston, and the one in the top that has the little lock ring both went tits up. I had some water, and poured a bottle of alcohol in it right before. I am wondering if the alcohol could've dried them out? At any rate I won't do that again. I also carry a spare primer pump, though I just learned the check valve would flip last year.

Checking in from South Florida headed for Oklahoma
