Did anybody get inspected for ELD yet?

And here I thought all this time drivers helped each other not rat out one another over a #### log book.

 

This may be the best I've heard yet about this whole ELD fiasco!! Good Job Pedigree!!

 

Can any of you self implied safe elog compliant drivers tell me why it is ok to go to line 1 (off duty) every time the truck stops thereby saving your driving time? I ask because a company I know that has their drivers do this.

 

I've said this before. Not everyone on e-logs does this. There will always be idiots. this does NOT mean that it is the norm. Good grief.

 

I asked (why is it ok?). It seems to me that is a violation of the basic rules. I didn't what to know how many do it or who does it. I didn't say anything about norm. Good grief.

 

Then why is every one on paper or wants to stay on paper immediately accused of...

 

Imo he didn't even answer the question or come close to it.

Got a Level I in Umatilla. We still haven't been able to get our Keep Trucking ELD working (not getting power to the ELD through the plug). Using Keep Trucking unconnected under the 90 day Ag. Commodities exemption. No problems, got the sticker and everything.
