Okay. The recruiter I talked too said that I would do orientation in Columbus terminal and then go out with a trainer. I was invited to orientation. I had never talked to any drivers.

The worst thing that I heard was that they want you to avoid toll roads when possible, and I don't think that there health insurance is great. They seem to pay decent, there equipment seemed nice and the part of the terminal that I saw looked clean. They also told me that they try to have drivers drive their preferred hours within reason. Meaning if you like nights, they try to have you run nights, and days if you prefer days.Need4Speed Thanks this.

I think the pay is decent.I would have to go out with a trainer. They are offering a $6000 sign on bonus. That is paid $3000 at 6 months and the other $3000 at a year.

I never drove for them, but I did a lot of research. I think they are a good company. I think you would do well there. From what I can tell, it seems like that even if it's not a perfect fit, a driver could do well there.

What part of Illinois? Anywhere in Illinois would work for them.jvar4001 Thanks this.

I have adapted to avoiding toll roads. They have been very good for me. They do have their quirks. Trucking jobs really have to be judged on the overall picture.

No doubt. I believe they are a good company.DoubleO7 Thanks this.
