Child Support?

I was not going to proceed any further than I really want to, as someone stated I have a habit of venturing towards lunch counter talk. And so it is.

Assuming for the moment while playing devils advocate into your situation, I have to think that something flipped your ex towards the behavior she is displaying in regards to money. Could it be that she met someone who is a parasite on her with money? Or did she slide towards drugs? Suddenly requiring a endless mountain of money?

Money is something that sometimes puts people in a bad path. If you two had a good history up until the moment suddenly this money flipped her as you say... then I have to think there is a root cause.

You appear to me to be solid and careful, I think you will be ok. Just be eh careful. Ha.

 

Next time you're in court set up visitation schedule through the court system; this way she is limited to what she can do to keep you from your children. Probably need a lawyer to help with this.

 

There may be other 'ways.'

Had a friend whose wife started hanging out with her sisters who left their husbands. They'd close the bars down every weekend. I was at the house putting a transmission in a race car. She came home stupid drunk at 0400 Monday morning. I asked my buddy if she does this often. "Yep. Every weekend."
A couple weeks later, he calls me sad and upset about the wife. She got herself a 'new man', and gave him that, "I love you, but not in love with you speech and talked about divorce. My buddy started talking about dividing the furniture up and who gets the house and whatnot. I told him to let her have it all. Just get out.

Why?

"You know where she's at. You know what time the bar closes. You know she's drunk and getting behind the wheel. You know the make and model of the car and the tag number. You cant figure out how to make this work?"


BTW, next time, either keep your pickle in your pants OR put a rubber on.

 

Some 1099 trucking co. will let you be a incorp. co on your own but you will have to pay all tax, but you can pay yourself like 300 per week to bring home 220.00 after you pay your taxes, then when you go to the court things will change and you will have money left over after you pay her?

 

Do they live together? Is he employed?

 

If you are confronted with a angry woman, always speak softer and softer the "Louder" she roars. Don't be adding fuel. There are times my ex and I crossed swords (And we still sometimes do, for good reasons) and we learned that we can figure the problem out and get through it. But we always have to patch it because again feelings can lead to powerful anger related problems.

I refuse to touch the 20 year old boy. (No offense, but that age is still a boy to me, Im past 50... I remember when I was 20.. eh...) Obviously she enjoys him for whatever reason to focus that money drain to try and "Keep him" I guess.

However I choose to let that boy go. If that is where the money is going, it's on her. Again people will drown while holding on to something really small that will not save them. It might as well be a anvil. Follow me?

There is a classic video from some months ago where a trucker was on his precious lovely cell. And the tractor trailer tanker got away from him and the whole world ended around him as that rig came apart on the driver facing camera.

Note during that entire catastrophe, he never let go of that cell that caused his world to end.

 

Me neither. He has his whole life ahead of him. Poor thing. HA...

I wonder if she will extract from him child support too...
