I'm a bit of a, well, scaredy cat when it comes to this. They don't specify a pressure, but I don't like getting near 14 psi ever. I usually unload around 10, depending on the product (I do a coarse limestone aggregate that flows very fast at 6-7).

They pay an hourly rate for unload, so I don't bother trying to rush it. Last thing I want is a clog. In probably almost 50 unloads in the last year since I started I've had a single clog, and for learning most of the bulk business on my own, I'd say that's pretty darn good.

And it was due to moisture in the line interacting poorly with a super-dense, flour-like calcium product. From that point on, I always warm the line for 2-3 minutes.

My brother borrowed a hoist. That toy sure made it a lot easier to get them into position instead of trying to muscle it over your head!

IMG_6999.JPG IMG_7001.JPG My off time turned into a little well shucks, I better fix that! 5th wheel plate had some previous damage and had a crack come in. Took a few minutes to back it in the dry and lay a bead on it. Don't need any reason for YOU KNOW WHO to say OH NO YOU DONT! :D

IMG_6998.JPG Was giving this at the local KW dealer this evening. Man at the parts counter said after this date they could no longer sell freon to anyone without a certification. Anyone know anything about this?

We've tried to buy parts from Evans Tempcon and they asked for a Certification too.
We just buy Freon at Napa.

Always thought that was some California BS but I guess not!
    Must be a EPA thing.

Just the usual windshield and cab light leaks. The A/C will give you a flood when temp and humidity align just right.

Check axle housings for seeps if the u bolts are loose the housings will crack. Other than that I really can't think of anything but I'm sure I'm leaving some thing out. @Hurricane69 is an antique Pete man I bet he has good info to add.

Please tell me it ain't a flat top. I know it is y'all killing me

Do you know how to create suction to get your product back in the tank if you plug a line?

Essentially you bleed off your main tank pressure to where it's at zero and you can create suction back into your tank...

It's been over a year since I pulled an air can but I can't remember the process for the life of me....

Hopefully one of these guys has a better memory than me and can explain it.
