    Averitt is a great company. I started in trucking February of last year with KLLM. In September I started with Averitt. I can't see myself with any other company and these benefits more than make up for the pay being capped at 45 cents. From dispatch to fleet managers to the safety guys everyone I've ever spoken to has talked to me like I'm a human being. Although David in breakdown did get upset when I ruined like 4 trailer tires because I was unaware that your air lines can actually freeze on you lol. I'd recommend Averitt to anyone
