I don't complain. My wife's niece's boy has a genetic disorder that the doctors have never seen. They put a hole out the side of his belly so he can pee. My wife makes diaper wraps for him that they can reuse. He's a real special fella.

He was already there when I looked out, but I'd guess he pulled him in there. Those trucks run east and west thru there out of Hereford.

What brand of reamers are you guys using?

I spent the first twenty five years of my working life as a machinist and machine builder for a vague description and have reamed alot of holes....Yeah shut up....but never drilled a whole with a reamer. Always had a drill press or cnc mill big enough to do the job. If they needed to be to the nats axx we used the edm. High speed cutters hate chatter or vibration so wondering what brand holds up. I have a 1/2 in electric low reduction drill older than me that will break your arm before you can say boo.

I have no idea, lol. I was given the Coles Notes version by one of our bulk drivers who is just doing it for the money. Not that I have a lot of clogs, but that would be wonderful information.

These were what I bought. 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4". Cost about $280 Cdn for all 3. Just stuck them in a big 1/2" Makita D-handle drill and hang on.

An EDM machine is something I'd like to learn about. I've seen videos, but never seen one in person. It's weird how those can be so precise and accurate. When I think of an electric arc eroding material, a welding rod comes to mind. There is nothing precise about that.
