Concern over eye exam

Three is no eye exam at orientation.

 

The way the majority of truck drivers that cannot read signs, or can t drive at night without high beams, fog lights, or light bars, makes you wonder how did they pass the eye exam

 

Not an exam by an eye doctor, but in the case of a physical a distance and color vision test should be done.

 

Most likely the company will wisk you away in the company van to get new glasses..making the other class mates very hungry and angry.

 

At May if you have a current medical, there will not be a physical.

 

Because of the way physicals are reported to the states. I suspect a lot of carriers over time will adapt to doing it this way.
