I notice it’s the same two sometimes 3 posters who can’t see the writing on the wall. I hope you save all that money you’re making for the day you’re no longer needed here.

I cant read the future if i could i wouldnt have to drive a truck. But i do have common sense I left the company over 2 months ago. Whatever changes they make on the HILL there will always be those that defend their descion, they will be driving past ap with all there stuff in the trunk smiling.

 

Driver you just showed your hand to all of us you still didn't answer a simple question but at the same time you did with that statement you just admited even with the changes it not that bad job even though your not happy your not going to settle for less thats why your here so give it a rest you done sold all the wolf tickets you can no one wants to hear it anymore plan and simple ride the this train or get off you been going around in a circle crying about the same old thing give it a rest and get with your little buddys your new friends and please come up with something new the kool aid thing gets old its albout change

But this time, most of the drivers are not staying. They’re leaving in droves for places that’ll treat them better and not cause the anxiety and stress the idiots in Bentonville put on them. Never before has there been so many dc openings posted on the career page than the past few months.

It’s getting old hearing the same three people attacking all of us who are bright enough to see the writing on the wall. No waiting around to see the changes because they’ve already told us what they’ll be and they’re not for the better. Face it, you’re not wanted to drive a truck for Walmart anymore. They’ll make it crappy enough to where the smart drivers will leave on their own, then eventually just force you stubborn ones down the road.
