I am getting ready to drop my flat for a while and hook up to a box. We have a customer that has more work than we can handle.

    Tb0n3 Thanks this.

It does. The guys on that particular run made between $7,500 and $11,000 last week.
I'm dropping this trailer for a little while.

    NavigatorWife and Ruthless Thank this.

I'm in the same boat. Last winter was all flat, this winter I touched the Conestoga once in a month and a half. Found out my pinch muscles got weak when I was winding the ratchets.

    nightgunner Thanks this.

Your funeral. This is discouraging, as I always thought flatbed was the only thing left for an O/O to get into. Any box sucks, end of transmission.

bigguns, Grubby, Mattflat362 and 5 others Thank this.

"Show me the money". I've never cared much as to what type of wagon I pulled, only the money I could make pulling it. Sure, there are certain types I like more than others because they are more likely to keep me on narrow hilly roads and off-pavement at job sites, and other trailers I don't really care for because they are more interstate-oriented in their routes...but if the money is there, I'll pull it.

bigguns, Grubby, NavigatorWife and 3 others Thank this.

Where will you be running? That way we can send out the alert to Swift drivers to be kind to you and help you back in every night.

Oxbow, magoo68, Grubby and 6 others Thank this.
