I am a new entrant as well and had a difficult time finding a company. Finally, National Independent Trucker's Insurance Company gave me the following quote for 1m primary liability, full coverage on tractor with a value of $71,000 and $5,000 deductible, $250,000 cargo insurance and I added trailer interchange with a 30k trailer value....$13,000. That was $7k less than I had in the budget.
