I have enjoyed reading through this thread. Great information and videos. I have researched Maverick and have watched videos but have one question that I can't find the answer to. I see that Maverick has a rider program but do the solo trucks have a second bunk?

I can answer this question. Unfortunately no they do not. Only trainer trucks have 2 bunks with Maverick. Also Mavericks rider program is limited to immediate family only which if I remember correctly means spouse (you do have to prove you are married), child(has to be at least 13 years old), brother or sister, Mother or Father and I think that is all. Best wishes! Maverick is a great company.

Truckermania - Thanks for the information.
I see many Mavericks running through Fayetteville , AR and I only live 74 miles from the Ft Smith terminal. Is it likely that one could see home during the week? Not a huge concern since it seems most flatbed regional drivers are home most weekends and I would not mind sometimes being out longer.

Maverick has a terminal in Fort Smith and loads all the time out of the Gerdau steel plant right across the street. I'm sure weekly home time would be no problem with where you live.

Good call Truckermania! Living near Ft. Smith would be great working at Maverick. We run out of there with bar heading to the Great Lakes States all the time.
