Year end totals:
Really not happy with these numbers:
$60,890.25
i actually made less than last year.
This WILL be dealt with. i'm not sure how, but it WILL be dealt with........... -
P.S.
Still have not broken 60K at UPS freight, or for that matter any one job.
This is not good.......... -
When next year do you hit full rate?
Do you have to option to work the dock before/after your routes? Our guys in RFL do and some made over 100k -
You can work the dock if you bid for Dock/cdl combo----and those guys make bank----they are the ones with the Cadillac Escallades, Lincoln Navigators etc. 'Lil too much work for me. i pretty much just want to drive, not that i'm against a little dock work.Last edited: Jan 21, 2018

It seems things really vary from terminal to terminal.
Bob Dobalina Thanks this. -
UPDATE:
Back to Rushin' and Cussin'. But i don't think that will last very long. -
It all depends on customer needs, staffing levels, and management styles at each location. Each terminal is run like a separate business, and they all have to do things a little differently to be successful.
For instance, we have one city start time earlier than all the others for the sole purpose of servicing one particular customer who needs their freight super early in order to run their own routes. Other terminals have some real oddball city bids which suggest they're trying to cover customer needs on important accounts.207nomad Thanks this.
