I know you are lol!!!! I look like a grizzly bear now compared to 10 years ago lol.

 

I've never met any Heritage with half the class the old Shovel has.

 

I'm with @OLDSKOOLERnWV on this. I would head on over for a week and help sand until my fingers bleed if that what it took?

Gonna paint the whole truck, or just spot 'n blend?

 

Gonna try spot and blend. The top of cab and bunk and front fenders will be painted black.

 

Oh, and no DA here. Just a block sander (hence the sore muscles) and a jitterbug for the flat areas.

 

Sun is shining in Kansas, this mill I'm at has rats bigger than Doc laying by the tracks sunning. I think I just leave em be

 

Working on a gate this morning. Those are 1/2" solid square bars twisted cold by hand. I have a "machine". There'll be 4 more underneath the letter panel. I made a video of 1 short bar and 1 long bar being twisted. I'll work on that tonight and we'll see how that turns out.



On a side note, the front bumper turned rear bumper project is still being worked on. There were some unplanned (customer) modifications that are being worked through. I'll have pictures as soon as it's done.
